ODAX was founded on the idea that HR Departments need global and transversal support to successfully deliver their Human Resource Information System (HRIS) projects.

HRIS deployment projects touch upon a multiplicity of dimensions and therefore require a wide set of skills: knowledge of HR processes, deep understanding of IT constraints and possibilities, mastery of project management methodology and thorough expertise in change management.

In many instances, the skills required are spread across different actors. None of the actors involved has a full understanding of all the different issues, and decision-makers are therefore left without the full picture.
